Lee Family Fajitas

Ingredients:

-Mineola Packing Company Fajita Meat

-Wishbone Italian Dressing

-Gallon Ziploc Bags


Recipe:

  1. Place fajita meat in gallon size ziploc bags.

  2. Cover meat with Wishbone Italian Dressing.

  3. Let meat marinate for at least 1 hour (up to 24 hours is best).

  4. Heat grill to medium-high heat.

  5. Pull fajita meat out of bag and place directly on grill grates.

  6. Baste with leftover marinade until the meat reaches your desired doneness.

Pro-Tips:

  1. Top tacos with charred onions, cilantro, and lime.

  2. Serve with homemade tortillas and rice.
