Mineola Packing Company, Inc. is located just east of downtown Mineola, in the heart of east Texas. It is the same location that the business began in over 50 years ago. In 1961, Dan and Yvonne Henderson purchased a cold storage locker facility. They opened Mineola Packing Company in 1962, and they spent their lives together developing it into the well-known wholesale meat business that it is today.

In 2025, Mineola Packing Company is owed and operated by the second and third generations of the family. Our business and our family is still committed to providing the same quality meat product that they were 50 years ago.

Our mission is to make quality protein products available to all people. Our main customers are restaurants, retail meat markets, convenience stores, and other packing companies. However, our business also includes a retail division and a custom livestock processing division. Customers can visit us at our location in Mineola to purchase products at our retail counter, or they can have their own livestock slaughtered for consumption or resell. Our family is working to provide quality products to your family, whether you cook at home or sit down at a restaurant to eat.

Mineola Packing Co. is a USDA inspected facility. A federal inspector is on site at all times, ensuring the quality and safety of all of our products.
